A couple of years ago we were about to embark on a long-awaited dive trip. Everyone was excited about heading to this warm water destination. Less than a week before our departure, we received a call from one of our guests letting us know that they were unable to make the trip. There were some serious and legitimate reasons why they had to cancel. Unfortunately, they did not have travel insurance for what would have been a covered circumstance.
