It is now summer in the Northern Hemisphere, and this is when my native Scandinavia truly shines. The long, warm summer days around midsummer, when we enjoy endless evenings and the white nights along the coastline, are something I never want to miss. We savour fresh produce, such as the most succulent strawberries, and the temperatures are pleasant – typically around 25°C (77°F).
